Job summary

AMD in San Jose is seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive platform readiness and enablement for next-generation AI infrastructure and connectivity technologies, with a focus on UA Link, PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, and high-performance AI/HPC systems.

You will lead a global cross-functional engineering organization across silicon, firmware, software, platform engineering, validation, and ecosystem partners, shaping strategy and execution to bring scalable solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Led server, data center, AI or HPC platform teams.
• Experience delivering complex products from architecture through launch.
• Ability to influence multiple teams and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AMD's strategy for platform readiness and ecosystem enablement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across silicon, firmware, software, and validation.
• Provide technical and organizational leadership across teams and investments.
• Partner with internal teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.
• Establish scalable validation and qualification strategies from pre-silicon to production.
• Represent AMD in executive reviews and strategic planning discussions.
