Qualifications

• PhD or MS in electrical engineering or computer science.
• 20+ years of experience in hardware-focused product development with performance/power optimization.
• Significant contribution to silicon product delivery (complex SoCs, advanced nodes).
• Experience researching, scoping and solving complex problems in cross-functional orgs.
• Experience working with silicon and software teams to productize arch concepts.
• Experience evangelizing and presenting to customers and leadership; industry forums desired.
• Strong mathematical foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
• Co-authored internal technical presentations, papers or disclosures/patents on SoC topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SoC architecture with silicon and software engineering.
• Identify architecture requirements for target workloads and system partitioning.
• Architect next-generation MLSoC platforms balancing performance, power, cost, and programmability.
• Drive HW/SW co-design across silicon, system software, compilers, and runtimes.
