Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Associate Director in Case Insights to lead AI-enabled engagements, translating legal objectives into practical analytics and discovery workflows. You will design prompting strategies, oversee client deliverables, and collaborate across Sales, Client Services, and IT to ensure quality and impact.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects, and ensure research outcomes align with client goals while maintaining rigorous quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements in eDiscovery, legal tech, investigations, or litigation support.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in research, analytics, or litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Case Insights engagements from design to delivery.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with tailored workflows and prompting strategies.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, context, and appropriate human oversight.
• Mentor Analysts and Consultants to ensure high-quality client work.
