Job summary

LVT seeks a Senior Director of Product Management in Seattle to lead the Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars, guiding a PM team and shaping the product strategy. You will ensure edge-to-cloud analytics translate into rapid alerting and forensic search capabilities.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold enterprise security standards while delivering a best-in-class user experience across our mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of progressive product management leadership, ideally in SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security industries.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), VMS, and API-driven ecosystem integrations.
• Security-minded with experience navigating enterprise frameworks like SOC2 or FedRAMP.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year product strategy for Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
• Drive AI/analytics evolution across Edge and Cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to ensure market-ready releases.
• Establish KPIs: uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, platform usage.
• Oversee governance and compliance for security standards (SOC2, FedRAMP).
• Champion user experience across LVT Mobile App, Command Center, and Field tools.
