Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to launch with minimal supervision.
• Translate business goals into structured delivery plans, sequencing dependencies, mitigating risk, and defining success metrics.
• Shape planning and roadmaps, manage trade-offs, link programs to customer and company benefit.
• Build and maintain schedules and dashboards for real-time visibility into execution and risks.
• Deliver programs with internal and external partners and ecosystem collaborators.
• Drive process improvements, introduce tools and reporting structures for visibility and speed.
• Scale developer tools and large-scale internal platforms, SDLC stages, and AI-enabled workflows.
