Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform leadership
• At least 7 years in senior management roles, mentoring and developing staff

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and evolve enterprise data and platform strategy aligned with long-term objectives
• Set multi-year roadmap for core data platform (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, DataHub, Tableau) including streaming and AI enablement
• Lead data engineering strategy for expansion into new business areas and M&A integrations
• Own platform FinOps and cost optimization of data platform compute, storage, and AI spend
• Establish data engineering as a measurable driver of performance and ROI
