Adobe Intelligence Platform is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to own the engineering vision and execution for building the Adobe Intelligence Platform. This pivotal role aims to invent, embed, and scale the latest in AI innovation across Adobe’s products.

You will grow the organization, hire world-class engineers, shape teams, and define roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateways, memory systems, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a full stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with global teams.
• Grow the organization: hire talent, structure teams, develop AI leaders.
• Model and drive a new way of working with AI tooling to plan, review, and ship software.
• Own the technology strategy and define roadmaps for agentic orchestration and knowledge graphs.
• Set the operating rhythm with partners: planning, prioritization, dependencies, and progress metrics.
• Partner with Research and Design to shorten the loop from edge to production.
• Partner across Engineering, Program and Product to drive platform adoption across Adobe.
• Align with Security, Privacy and Legal to ensure observability and governance for the platform.
• Define the adoption strategy and ensure the platform serves internal application teams across Adobe.
