NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior Director of AI GTM for Healthcare Payers to lead go-to-market and client engagements from a remote United States base. The role emphasizes payer knowledge, AI strategy, and cross-functional leadership across the AI Solution team.

You will shape practical AI opportunities for health plans, collaborate with account leaders and SMEs, and guide proposals and delivery programs. Remote-based role within the US with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years with healthcare payers, health plans, or managed-care organizations.
• 5+ years shaping or delivering AI, data, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, GTM, pre-sales, or advisory client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Go-to-Market and client leadership across payer accounts.
• Collaborate with healthcare SMEs, solution architects, and AI teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities within regional accounts.
• Support workshops, value assessments, and pursuit discussions.
• Stay current with generative AI and payer-focused use cases.
