Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define strategy, vision, alignment to architecture standards and data strategy, use of AI to advance transformation.
• Partner with stakeholders to build partnerships across Audit & Corporate Technology.
• Oversee full SDLC for concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices across teams.
• Mentor engineers and development leads to enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Establish and implement software development standards and quality assurance processes.
• Manage budgets and strategic planning for the software engineering department.
