Job summary

Forgent Power seeks a Manager, Instructional Design & Learning Delivery to design and deliver enterprise learning solutions in person, virtually, online, and with AI-enabled tools. You will coordinate content, people, and logistics to meet business requirements with a hands-on approach across design, facilitation, and project management.

The role requires at least 5 years in L&D, experience across modalities, and ability to work with English- and Spanish-speaking populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning & development, including instructional design and delivery.
• Experience delivering across in-person, virtual, and online modalities.
• Experience as an instructor or facilitator for both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Experience developing online learning programs and using authoring/tools tech.
• Experience using AI to enable and enhance learning experiences.
• Proven project management skills with multiple projects.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and large matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across modalities (classroom, virtual, online, AI-enabled).
• Analyze business requirements and translate into objectives, content, and assessments.
• Develop online programs using authoring tools and learning tech.
• Apply AI to design, build, and personalize learning experiences.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions.
• Prepare and certify other instructors and provide train-the-trainer support.
• Coordinate translation/localization for English and Spanish-speaking populations.
• Project-manage end-to-end delivery: scope, timelines, resources, milestones.
