You will partner with executive leadership, engineering, risk, and commercial teams to accelerate revenue growth while improving customer experience and competitive positioning. A strong data-driven and AI-enabled approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in product leadership.
• Deep experience in complex FinTech or Payments domain environments.
• Ability to align teams with vision, strategy, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product strategy and experience for Embedded Payment Products.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and improve delivery velocity.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, risk, and commercial teams.
• Build and manage a high-performing product team.
