WEX in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Engineering – Agentic AI & Service Applications to lead the strategic transformation of our service tools, bridging Call Center and Implementation with AI-driven platforms and advanced analytics.

You will define SDLC practices for AI workflows, govern Salesforce and other platforms, and mentor a global team of about 60 resources to deliver scalable, data-informed service capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical leadership with a focus on enterprise applications.
• AI & Digital Literacy: experience or training in HR/Service Technology transformation.
• CRM Expertise: Salesforce Service Cloud and advanced HCM/CRM systems.
• Analytical Rigor: strong predictive analytics for decision-making.
• Execution: align resources and meet deadlines for impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of the Service Applications function with AI-driven tools.
• Oversee Salesforce platform governance and adherence to security regulations.
• Define and enforce modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, and automated testing for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics to forecast service trends and model long-term impact.
