Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and business outcomes for a major digital platform modernization initiative. You will blend product execution with UX design thinking and use AI tools to speed discovery, working with UX researchers and designers as a true co-creator of seamless journeys.

Qualifications

• Strategic long-term product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Close partnership with UX/UI to integrate user-centered design.
• Experience leveraging generative AI to accelerate discovery and documentation.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization without disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, end-to-end Go-To-Market execution.
• Bridge engineering, design and business teams to deliver high-visibility initiatives.
• Mentor junior PMs on discovery frameworks and product methodology.
