Capital One seeks a Senior Director, Integrated Workforce Transformation to lead the Retail Bank transformation program, aligning leadership with the transformation agenda, driving operating rigor and strategic execution.

You will shape the AI workforce strategy with HR, manage budgets and headcount, influence senior leaders, and ensure an inclusive associate experience as the bank moves toward a future-built workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in chief-of-staff, business analysis, project management, human resources or strategic planning.
• At least 5 years of experience managing stakeholders across different business functions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading change management initiatives.

Responsabilités

• AI Workforce Transformation & Change Management: collaborate with HR to architect a Retail Bank AI strategy and drive integrated job family transformations.
• Establishing Operating Rhythms: design senior leadership engagement structures and reporting cadences for alignment of labor strategy and financial goals.
• Influencing & Problem Solving: resolve bottlenecks related to team restructuring or platform integration.
• Culture & Associate Experience: use data to shape Retail Bank culture and manage the end-to-end associate journey in an inclusive environment.
