Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director of Digital Capability and Workforce Modernization to redesign work for a Human × AI enterprise. This hands-on leader will shape workflows, build digital and AI capability, and partner with executives across HR, Digital, Finance, and People & Culture to enable enterprise-scale transformation.

Leading with a product mindset, you will translate redesigned workflows into workforce plans, capabilites, and growth opportunities while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; advanced degree beneficial.
10+ years in workforce strategy, organization design, workflow redesign or digital transformation.
Proven success redesigning work with business and technology partners.
Practical AI fluency with hands-on learning.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across a global matrixed organization without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, methodology, standards and outcome measures for work design and modernization.
Prioritize opportunities with business, Digital and Finance partners.
Establish governance and decision rights for global standardization while adapting to local context.
Advise senior leaders on trade-offs and ensure technology investments are paired with redesigned workflows.
Lead priority workflow redesigns and turn early use cases into repeatable approaches.
Reframe workflows around outcomes with clear human accountability for AI vs human judgment.
Surface risks to accountability, privacy, bias and resilience.
