Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Director to lead AI Cyber Programs and Emerging Technology. This role defines the strategy for deploying AI in cyber defense, partners with governance and business units, and leads a team of AI security professionals to safeguard AI investments.

You will drive AI-enabled detection, adversarial testing, and risk governance across the enterprise, while staying ahead of quantum and evolving tech risks.

Qualifications

• Over 12–15 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in leadership and hands-on AI security work.
• Experience building and deploying AI-driven security capabilities in a large enterprise.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for deploying AI and ML capabilities across cybersecurity, including agentic security operations and automated threat detection.
• Serve as senior technical advisor on securing the Company's use of AI, including LLMs and AI pipelines.
• Oversee AI red team testing and ensure methodologies align with industry frameworks.
• Monitor emerging technology risks (quantum computing, post-quantum cryptography) and advise leadership.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing AI security team with clear career paths.
