The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director, AI Cyber Programs and Emerging Technology to lead AI-powered cyber defense and secure enterprise AI adoption. You will build a high-performing team, shape strategy for agentic security, ML-driven detection, and adversarial testing, and partner with AI governance, Legal, Privacy, and Data & AI.

This role requires deep cybersecurity leadership, hands-on technical expertise with AI/ML, and the ability to communicate with senior leadership while

Competenze

• 12–15 years of cybersecurity experience, incl. 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on AI/ML security in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI, detection and response.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with vendor management and team development.

Mansioni

• Define and execute AI-driven security strategy across cybersecurity functions.
• Pilot emerging AI technologies to improve defense speed and accuracy.
• Embed AI capabilities into workflows with security teams.
• Lead AI risk assessments including prompt injection and data leakage.
