Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business administration, or related IT or management discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ Years experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in business partnering or similar roles.
• 5+ years of senior management experience with strategic planning and delivering objectives and managing multiple priorities.
• 5+ years of direct Medicare Advantage technology programs delivery, including end-to-end ecosystem build-out (enrollment, bid/pricing, data submission, risk adjustment, Stars quality, utilization management, care/behavioral health).
• Experience managing MA vendor relationships (claims processing, care platforms, member engagement tools).
• Experience leading AI-first delivery, evaluating AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring responsible AI in regulated healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects to meet business requirements, manage resources, budgets, risks, and on-time delivery.
• Link IT and business units to understand needs and create strategies supporting goals.
• Manage daily operations of key technology capabilities, ensure reliability and optimize resources.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, foster collaboration and manage recruitment and performance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
