This executive will bridge product, consulting, and revenue, ensuring enterprise needs across risk adjustment, quality, and member engagement are solved through repeatable platform capabilities rather than bespoke services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare Advantage exposure.
• Experience in consulting, solutions, or healthcare SaaS/AI platforms.
• Deep understanding of CMS, payer and provider operations.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own solution strategy across risk adjustment, Stars/HEDIS, medical cost management, member and provider engagement.
• Translate CMS regulations and clinical complexity into clear solution blueprints.
• Ensure CMS compliance and audit readiness across solutions.
