Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Leasing execution across a multi-product platform. You will drive day-to-day product delivery, coach the product managers, and advocate for customers while shaping AI and automation leverage in leasing.

You will partner closely with product and GTM leadership to convert strategy into actionable roadmaps that ship. You will own cross-product roadmaps for OneSite Leasing offerings, manage a team of product managers, and

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams.
Experience in multifamily, real estate, or proptech.
Track record owning strategy & execution for multi-product platforms at scale.
Strong fluency with AI/ML, SQL, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap across Leasing platforms, including AI-driven leasing and automation capabilities.
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing product management team.
Deliver end-to-end product delivery with clear success metrics (adoption, revenue, retention, margin).
Identify high-leverage AI opportunities and drive them from idea to shipped capability.
Align with engineering, design, CS, sales, marketing, and operations to ship cohesive, scalable solutions.
