Job summary

RealPage seeks a Director of Product Marketing for its Agentic AI solutions in Multifamily real estate. The role drives go-to-market, messaging, content creation, and sales enablement across product, sales, and operations to accelerate adoption and share gain.

You will partner with Demand Gen, product teams, and customer success to translate customer voice into market-ready launches and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Mastery of value proposition development, GTM, segmentation, launches, content, enablement, and market research.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with product, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS, or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Prior AI-based product launches or AI experience is a plus.
• Experience marketing software in Multifamily real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Craft messaging and positioning with measurable proof points.
• Create high-impact assets: presentations, case studies, battlecards, playbooks.
• Develop sales enablement materials covering trends, personas, pain points, and competitive differentiation.
• Engage with customers at events to voice their needs and drive adoption.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy to target accounts and generate quality leads.
• Provide competitive intelligence and win strategies at account level.
• Design the digital journey and marketing websites to reflect buyer needs.
• Support product strategy by identifying required capabilities from market trends.
• Lead product launches with KPI tracking and optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
