This role demands leadership of leaders, embedding AI‑driven ways of working, setting gold standards for design, demos, and client communication, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Global Delivery to align capabilities with the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in a significant leadership role managing large technical or consulting organizations.
• Proven Executive Presence: ability to command a room, influence C-suite stakeholders, and inspire a distributed workforce through periods of technological change.
• Sol Con / Presales Expertise: deep experience leading solution consulting, presales, or technical advisory organizations.
• AI Visionary: working knowledge of AI tools and concepts (Data Cloud, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, Generative AI).
• Delivery Acumen: track record of driving delivery consistency, CSAT improvement, and operational excellence at scale.
• Change Leadership: ability to lead large organizations through transformation, including technology adoption.
• Collaborative Operator: ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services leadership.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed; U.S. citizenship and MB I requirements for government work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sol Con with a growth mindset, establish unified delivery standards, and mentor leaders across a distributed team.
• Drive AI modernization and adoption, partnering with Global Delivery to scale Salesforce AI tools.
• Own portfolio health including utilization, CSAT, escalation management, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, and Global Delivery to align Sol Con with the platform roadmap.
• Represent Sol Con at the executive level with clients and internal leaders.
• Plan capacity and staffing to meet pipeline demand and manage risk across engagements.
