You will set standard for delivery excellence and partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Global Delivery to ensure client value at scale. This role requires 12+ years of senior leadership experience, executive presence, and a proven ability to drive transformation across large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience with at least 8 in a significant leadership role.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and large teams.
• Deep experience leading solution consulting, presales, or technical advisory units.
• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Data Cloud, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI).

Responsibilities

• Lead Sol Con delivery leadership and AI modernization across a large, distributed team.
• Set standards for delivery quality, client experience, and scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Global Delivery to align capabilities with client needs.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership bench.
• Manage risk, ensure CSAT, and oversee portfolio health.
