You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and advance enterprise-wide objectives including reliability, speed, and cost-to-serve, with a focus on secure handling of sensitive inputs and outputs.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification.
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading technologists.
• Experience influencing in matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading AI-enabled engineering adoption and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology and process implementations across departments.
• Manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Sets multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation; establish governance and security guardrails.
• Drives cross-domain reuse and measurable capacity unlocks across teams.
