Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a leader to drive workload analysis and performance optimization across IPs and products. You will shape AI workloads, guide HW/SW co-design, and define next-generation SoC architecture with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor directors and engineers, partner with product groups and executive leadership to accelerate innovation while enabling reuse across the organization. This role demands strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor/SoC development; 8+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading performance and workload analysis and HW/SW co-optimization.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for workload analysis and performance for IPs and products.
• Lead architecture performance reviews and technical direction for complex IP/SoC developments.
• Establish best practices for hardware/software co-design and model-based development.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-functional teams spanning architecture, design, verification, emulation, and software.
• Define and analyze AI workloads and the performance required for these workloads.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams; mentor senior staff.
• Foster collaboration across Central Engineering, Product Groups, and external partners.
