Okta Senior Director, Governance, Risk and Compliance leads and scales the GRC Security organization. You will drive AI-enabled risk management, policy development, and audit programs across product and engineering.

You’ll report to Security leadership and partner with executives to align controls with business priorities. You will own enterprise governance, risk quantification, and regulatory compliance across major frameworks while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-growth, cloud-first

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading Security GRC in SaaS/cloud tech.
• Experience scaling a GRC engineering organization.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance and regulatory landscapes.
• Proven track record with audits and regulatory reviews.
• Experience collaborating across functions to implement controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale Okta's GRC security organization.
• Drive AI-first governance and continuous control monitoring.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across SOC, ISO, PCI, CSA STAR, etc.
• Direct audit management and remediation of findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Business Technology.
