Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Sr Director to own the product and engineering strategy across Finance, People, Revenue, and Legal. This leader will deliver AI-native, context-aware workflows and drive measurable business impact by redesigning processes and building scalable platforms.

They will partner with C-level executives, establish a product-led operating model, and govern risk, privacy, and SOX controls while growing a world-class AI-enabled product organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary organizations at director level or above.
• Strong AI fluency with governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and engineering strategy across Finance, HR, and Legal domains.
• Build teams, product model, and operating mechanisms to deliver AI-native workflows.
• Partner with C-level executives to redesign processes and delegation to software.
• Lead cross-functional pods accountable for adoption, value, and reliability.
• Define multi-year roadmap and ensure SOX compliance and auditability.
• Manage budgets, vendor strategies, and technology partnerships.
