Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Director, Applications Engineering to lead a portfolio spanning Finance, OTC, Revenue, People, and Legal.

You will own the product and engineering strategy, delivering AI-native workflows that understand context and operate across systems with governance and ROI accountability. The role requires strong executive presence, extensive enterprise technology experience, and a track record of scaling product-led organizations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams at director level or above.
• Strong technical grounding in AI architectures, orchestration, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience building product-led organizations with empowered teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product and engineering roadmap across Finance, HR, and Legal domains.
• Partner with CFO, HR, and Legal leaders to redesign future-state operating models.
• Deliver production-grade agents and AI-native workflows with auditability and safety.
