Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to own the end-to-end digital presence, including SEO, AEO, paid media, and website conversion. You’ll build an AI-powered marketing org, set strategy across AI answer surfaces, and partner with Brand, Demand Gen, and AR to drive pipeline.

You’ll lead technical SEO, content workflows, and measurement across the full funnel, with a global perspective and executive-level reporting. AEO/GEO expertise and hands-on GA4 mastery are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience including senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in AEO and GEO — optimizing AI-generated answer surfaces.
• Hands-on with GA4, paid search/social platforms, SEO tooling, and marketing automation.
• Experience scaling AI tooling across a marketing organization.
• Executive-level communication to translate digital performance into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven search visibility strategy across major AI answer surfaces and platforms.
• Lead organic and technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture and schema markup.
• Oversee paid media across Google, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic with accountability for MQLs and pipeline.
• Own the website and CRO strategy, including UX, messaging alignment, and conversion performance.
• Build and scale an AI-enabled digital marketing organization with tooling standards and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create content workflows, measure funnel performance, and drive revenue.
