Aprio is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead and optimize our paid media, paid search, SEO, analytics, and CRO initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on marketing with daily use of AI to sharpen decisions, drive output, and improve business outcomes.

You will manage a small remote team, align campaigns with growth and revenue targets, and collaborate with email, website, and other teams to optimize the funnel and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing across paid media, paid search, and analytics.
• Experience improving visibility in AI-driven search and generative engines.
• Hands-on analytics, CRO, dashboards, A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in B2B marketing and multi-step buying cycles.
• Leadership or coaching of a small remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Aprio's digital marketing programs across paid media, search visibility, analytics, and CRO.
• Use AI daily and help the team adopt it to sharpen decisions and drive results.
• Coach a small remote team of channel specialists and set clear priorities.
• Run paid media programs, including strategy, budget management, testing, and optimization.
• Drive SEO and AI search visibility across traditional and generative engines.
