Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and delivery of our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This role blends data science, architecture, and executive collaboration to drive revenue growth across global markets.

You will mentor a team of product managers, own the end-to-end roadmap for APIs, data feeds, and AI agents, and partner with sales, legal, and engineering to ship high‑quality products on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management experience in data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and commercializing AI-native products from concept through launch and revenue generation.
• Deep familiarity with commercial life sciences data assets including claims, EMR/EHR notes, payer data, and provider/patient datasets.
• Strong technical fluency: engage credibly with engineers on API design, data schemas, LLM pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Experience owning data delivery products such as APIs, data feeds, MCP servers, and AI agents.
• Proven ability to run structured customer discovery across technical and business stakeholders.
• Revenue orientation with linked product decisions to ARR, expansion, and churn metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging from data engineer to chief commercial officer.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the data platform and AI-enabled products.
• Define go-to-market strategy for AI-native products built on life sciences data assets.
• Prioritize features based on market demand, competition, and revenue impact; translate data/AI capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI-native capabilities including agent workflows and data pipelines.
