Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Director (or Senior Director) of Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This high-impact role spans commercial life sciences data, modern AI delivery mechanisms, and revenue growth across a global product organization.
The right candidate will collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture teams, translating complex data capabilities into clear value for customers and executives
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of product management experience in data platforms or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience commercializing AI-native products from concept to revenue.
- Familiarity with life sciences data assets (claims, EMR notes, payer data).
- Strong technical fluency for API design, data schemas, and AI delivery patterns.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the data platform and AI products.
- Define GTM strategy for AI-native products built on life sciences data assets.
- Lead lifecycle for AI-native capabilities including agentic workflows and LLM-powered insights.
- Drive KPI definitions tied to revenue growth, adoption, and retention.
- Mentor a team of product managers and align priorities with exec leadership.
