Job summary

Norstella, a premier global life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks an experienced Technical Lead to manage a team of developers and engineers delivering high-quality software across platform services. You will collaborate with product management, architecture, and other software teams to shape the roadmap and ensure robust backend systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years programming with Java; 3+ years people management.
• 4+ years Spring Boot/Spring Frameworks; 2+ years cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 4+ years experience with open source frameworks.
• Proficient with AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
• 2+ years Agile practices; 2+ years experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years designing, developing and architecting backend microservices with RESTful APIs; API security.
• 4+ years using build/deploy tools like Jenkins and Docker.
• Healthcare/pharma domain experience is a plus.
