Norstella is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management to lead strategy and execution for our data platform and AI-powered product suite. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of commercial life sciences data, AI delivery, and revenue growth.

The candidate will translate complex data capabilities into clear value for enterprise customers, collaborate with engineering and data science, and drive lifecycle programs from concept to market.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management in data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience commercializing AI-native products—from concept to launch and revenue generation.
• Deep familiarity with commercial life sciences data assets (open/closed claims, EMR notes, payer data).
• Strong technical fluency: able to discuss API design, data schemas, LLM pipelines with engineers.
• Experience owning data delivery products — APIs, data feeds, MCP servers, AI agents.
• Ability to run structured customer discovery across technical and business stakeholders.
• Revenue orientation with experience tying product decisions to ARR, expansion, and churn metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the data platform and AI-enabled products.
• Define go-to-market strategy for AI-native offerings built on life sciences data.
• Prioritize features based on market demand and revenue impact.
• Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear value propositions for customers.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI-native capabilities and data pipelines.
• Drive adoption of RESTful APIs, MCP servers, bulk data feeds, and embedded AI agents.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture teams for scalability, quality, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends as they apply to life sciences commercialization.
• Partner with sales and customer success on pipeline expansion and renewals.
• Define and track product KPIs tied to revenue growth and retention.
• Mentor a team of product managers and align priorities with leadership.
• Communicate roadmap clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
