Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance AI/ML initiatives across pharma intelligence products. You will collaborate with product partners to apply AI to content and solutions, researching and deploying production-grade models while mentoring colleagues.

Experience with LLMs, RAG, and scalable microservices is essential. You will work remotely in the United States, leveraging AWS services and serverless architectures to deliver impactful results and contribute to platform

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in STEM; 5+ years in AI/ML development and data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Python and core data-science libraries; experience with LLMs and RAG.
• Strong CS fundamentals, ability to deploy well-architected software.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to products with product partners.
• Research and select algorithms; evaluate and test potential solutions with teams.
• Deploy solutions as production-grade microservices with engineering/DevOps.
• Contribute to data science platforms and assets; stay current with advances.
• Present findings and mentor team members; handle additional duties as needed.
