Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will own corporate models, budgets and KPIs, partnering with Finance, BUs and the executive team to drive strategy and resource allocation.

The role emphasizes AI-powered forecasting, real-time dashboards and board-ready materials, with a focus on scalable FP&A processes and strong leadership across a growing finance function.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or planning experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and board reporting.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and investor communications is preferred.
• Prior AI/automation tooling in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, aligning top-down targets with bottom-up plans.
• Maintain and improve corporate financial models (revenue, cost, cash flow, scenarios).
• Provide executive and board reporting support with briefing materials and dashboards.
• Define and track corporate metrics and drive monthly/quarterly reviews with variance analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and strategic analysis for investments and M&A.
• Drive process excellence, automation and AI within FP&A, scaling planning and analytics platforms.
