This hands‑on leader will drive responsible AI practices, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, and ensure scalable, secure AI systems that accelerate clinical research and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in CS/AI/ML or related quantitative field.
• 12+ years in data science/AI with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with healthcare, life sciences data and regulatory standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong software engineering and production AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for next‑generation AI and ML capabilities.
• Design and deliver AI solutions across the clinical trial lifecycle, including protocol intelligence and trial simulation.
• Apply LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, generative AI, predictive modeling and related tech to solve challenges.
• Translate problems into scalable AI architectures with measurable value for customers.
