Pfizer seeks a Senior Director, Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) Lead to advance AI-powered analytics for US Medical Affairs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; MBA + 10+; PharmD/PHD + 7+.
• Strong experience (10+ years) in data & analytics, including with recent medical affairs experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross-functional business environment.
• Proven leadership skills in managing people and projects in a matrixed or indirect role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication for scientific, regulatory, and business settings.

Responsibilities

• Define an ambitious innovation vision for Medical Affairs data and analytics; communicate to senior leadership.
• Lead analytics development and delivery; translate needs into a data science & AI roadmap.
• Champion data governance, security, and ethics; ensure compliant, high-quality deployment.
