Centerfield is hiring a Sr. Director, Organic Growth & AI Discovery to scale our AI Discovery business and strengthen organic performance for our brands.

You will lead the Organic Growth and Web Publishing team, partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Product to evolve AI-driven discovery strategies and delivery. You’ll own strategy for AI search visibility, develop repeatable delivery, and oversee measurement frameworks and cross‑functional governance, shaping senior leadership decisions with

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership with revenue accountability and ability to defend growth decisions.
• 10+ years in organic growth for content publishers or lead generation with impact.
• Hands-on experience in AI-search, AEO/GEO testing and measurement.
• Strong analytical judgment; can turn data into decisions quickly.
• Technical depth in crawl, indexation, structured data, and CMS platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of commercial, editorial, product, and tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy to maximize brand visibility in AI search and SERPs.
• Lead Centerfield’s SEO and AI discovery practices as the internal Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, client services, and product to enhance AI discovery offerings.
• Shape on-page and off-page tactics and build AI-based tooling for efficiency.
• Own reporting, measure performance, and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage and mentor the Organic Growth and Web Publishing team (4).
