• 10+ years in technical search or adjacent domains.
• Experience building from zero-to-one: charter, roadmap, operating model, team growth.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

• Built a GEO function and operating model to drive growth through AI and organic discovery.
• Significantly increased visibility across priority AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews).
• Grow qualified organic and AI-referred traffic and pipeline by aligning GEO strategy with business goals.
• Establish a GEO experimentation and measurement engine with a prioritized roadmap and measurable lifts.
• Improve technical health and AI crawlability of high-value pages in collaboration with Web, Engineering, and Marketing Systems.
• Embed GEO standards across marketing and product teams for AI-friendly, search-ready content.
