Job summary

Daloopa in New York City is seeking a Director of Organic Growth & Search to own how our brand and products are discovered across traditional and AI-powered search.

You will lead strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and organic experimentation, focusing on growing high-value, non-branded discovery and a robust pipeline.

You will collaborate with product marketing, brand, and demand teams to translate PR and campaigns into authoritative links, citations, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in SEO, search strategy, or organic growth in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture and authority building.
• Proven track record growing non-branded organic discovery and pipeline.
• Strategic yet hands-on with ability to own roadmap and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and emerging channels.
• Grow search visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Define content strategy with PMMs and experts for traditional and AI search.
• Turn brand momentum into authority with PR and partnerships.
• Lead testing program for content, pages, and conversion paths.
• Measure impact with cross-functional attribution and reporting.
