You will build scalable AI-enabled solutions, govern analytics governance, and partner across Audit, Technology, and Risk to deliver measurable efficiency and insights. You will drive GenAI capabilities, data governance, and risk controls while shaping a workforce of top data science and engineering talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science/AI/analytics or related tech functions.
• 5+ years leading diverse teams of data professionals.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI/analytics products.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, cloud tech.
• Experience partnering with Technology to design scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, analytics, and automation roadmap in line with audit goals.
• Own strategy, product roadmap, and adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities.
• Partner with Technology to scale a unified audit platform and reusable data assets.
• Build and retain top data science, AI, and product talent.
• Advise executives on AI value while managing data and model risk.
• Promote a platform-based approach to reduce time to market and increase reuse.
• Collaborate across risk, compliance, data science, and enterprise AI with stakeholders.
• Enable continuous monitoring, robust risk detection, and evidence generation.
