ADM's Internal Audit is transforming to embed advanced analytics and AI into audit processes in Chicago, IL. The Asst. Director will architect the analytics strategy, deploy AI agents across the audit lifecycle, and partner with data, IT, and business teams to scale data-driven assurance.

The role requires 12+ years in audit or analytics, strong leadership, and expertise in AI/ML, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers significant visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across internal audit, external audit, or data/analytics roles in a large organization.
• Experience designing and deploying AI or analytics solutions in audit, risk, finance, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year AI and analytics roadmap for Internal Audit; align with enterprise data strategy.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI agents across audit lifecycle: risk assessment, scoping, fieldwork, testing, reporting.
• Develop reusable analytics tools, data models, and automated testing scripts for engagements.
