Job summary

ADM is seeking an Advanced Assistant Director for Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to lead the transformation of Internal Audit through AI-enabled analytics. The role focuses on architecting an enterprise AI strategy, deploying intelligent automation, and building a data-fluent audit organization across Chicago, IL, Decatur, IL, or Erlanger, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/CIA/CISA are advantageous.
• 12+ years in internal audit, external audit or data/analytics with leadership experience.
• Proven track record deploying AI/analytics in audit, risk, or finance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year AI/analytics roadmap for Internal Audit.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI agents across audit lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate audit procedures with intelligent agents and RPA.
• Partner with enterprise AI, data engineering, and IT teams to access data assets.
• Evaluate and implement AI platforms and LLM applications for internal audit.
• Re-engineer audit processes for AI-augmented workflows.
• Establish CA/CM capability for real-time risk signals.
• Develop reusable analytics tools and automated tests for engagements.
• Drive data ingestion, transformation, and analysis pipelines.
• Design analytics upskilling programs for the Internal Audit team.
