Job summary

AMD is seeking an experienced program and business leader for its DC GPU Business Group, focused on North America cloud service providers. The role requires deep engagement with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive AMD technologies in AI and cloud environments, reporting to a CVP and based in the U.S., with Austin or Santa Clara as preferred locations.

You will define strategy, targets, and account plans; drive design wins, revenue, and gross margin; partner with CSPs and AMD teams,

Qualifications

Experience in business development or product management in semiconductors.
Proven ability to manage quarterly forecasts, pricing, and roadmaps.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer success.
Excellent executive-facing communication and ROI trade-off assessments.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy and playbook for North America cloud customers with a deep understanding of customer needs and a hardware+ software solution.
Outline and operationalize strategic business targets aligned with corporate and BU goals.
Execute to annual objectives as measured by design wins, revenue and gross margin.
Engage with system hardware architects, software engineers, and thought leaders at customers and ensure collaboration with AMD teams.
Lead technical and business follow-ups as AMD’s key point of contact.
Build partnerships with CSP internal teams and their customers.
Develop training materials and demand-generation content.
Forecast and align customer-specific revenue plans with AMD Sales teams.
