  • Adoption and Value Realization: Drive organizational adoption through training, best practices, governance frameworks, portfolio management, and performance measurement to demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Vendor and Technology Partnerships: Direct vendor selection, strategic partnerships, platform investments, and ongoing performance management across AI, data, analytics, and related technologies.
  • Executive and Talent Leadership: Build and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams across AI, data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and data science, fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements

  • Advanced Education: A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategies. Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Team Development: Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional organizations and build high‑performing AI, data, analytics, or centers of excellence.

  • Data Modernization: Experience modernizing data environments and implementing scalable, cloud‑based analytics capabilities, including self‑service solutions.
  • Technology Delivery and Governance: Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product management, DataOps/MLOps, enterprise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and technology operating models.
  • Business Impact: Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, influence senior executives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
