Job summary

ZoomInfo in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for the Agentic Platform to own core primitives, set multi-year strategy, and lead a team of PMs. You will drive the product side of model training and guardrails, partnering with data science to convert signals into usable capabilities.

You will shape a roadmap that balances reliability, speed for product teams, and frontier research, delivering scalable platform features that unlock new surfaces and revenue.

Qualifications

• Ten years building technical products, including 3+ years leading PM teams or running a company.
• Hands-on experience with production agentic systems—agents that plan, invoke tools, and take real actions.
• Track record of taking an AI or agentic product from 0→1, either as founder or product leader.
• Fluency across the modern agentic stack, including orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom), MCP and tool‑calling patterns, RAG and memory architectures, and evals and observability.
• Enough technical depth to review architecture docs, read agent traces, and prototype in code yourself.
• Preferred: experience shipping decisioning, ranking, or recommendation models; experience in B2B/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year Agentic Platform strategy and translate it into a roadmap balancing reliability and speed.
• Own core platform primitives: orchestration, planning/execution runtimes, memory/context management, tool infrastructure, guardrails, observability.
• Lead product side of custom model training and fine-tuning on ZoomInfo data; decide where models create advantage.
• Build the decisioning-model layer and collaborate with data science to turn signals into first-class capabilities.
• Run an orchestration R&D program tracking emerging research and moving winners to production.
• Identify and ship new platform capabilities enabling new product surfaces and revenue.
• Partner with engineering to production‑grade agent infrastructure for scale, latency, cost, security, and compliance.
• Build and grow a team of senior/principal PMs; hire for depth and ownership.
