Johnson & Johnson, a leading global healthcare company, seeks a Senior Director of Data & Agentic AI Experience in Raritan, NJ. You will shape the AI roadmap, govern investments, and drive measurable business value by aligning AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.

You will lead a team of Data & AI leaders, partner with senior stakeholders, and define an AI marketplace to scale agentic experiences across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, AI, Product Management, or Technology Strategy.
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale Data and AI organizations.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership to define strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise demand management, investment planning, and portfolio governance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Data & AI Business Partners, Domain Leaders, Product Managers, AI Strategists, and Experience Leaders.
• Own enterprise Data & AI value realization processes and KPI frameworks.
• Define and govern the Enterprise Agentic AI Experience Strategy and its daily workplace integration.
• Create a scalable Enterprise AI Experience Marketplace for discovery, adoption, and governance of AI solutions.
• Drive portfolio governance, prioritization, and executive reporting across data & AI investments.
