Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science for its Compliance team. This hybrid role is based in New Brunswick, NJ, with potential locations Titusville and Horsham.

The role leads advanced data analytics, AI-enabled reporting, and governance for Regulatory Compliance. You will design AI-enabled workflows, deploy intelligent agents, and collaborate with senior leaders to scale responsible AI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong Alteryx workflow experience and broad experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Undergraduate degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience creating visuals in Tableau and using other data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality & Compliance organization in conducting compliance metric analysis using Alteryx workflows and Tableau visuals.
• Perform in-depth quantitative analysis for compliance management and strategy development.
• Develop proactive analytics using Alteryx workflows and Tableau visuals to drive insights and reduce risk.
• Identify, design, test, and implement AI capabilities that enhance reporting and decision-support processes.
• Develop and deploy intelligent agents and AI-enabled workflows to automate recurring data preparation and monitoring.
