Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, Data Science to lead a team of applied data scientists and GenAI engineers, turning data into AI-driven workflows. You will own design, build, and delivery of solutions powering a digital roadmap across TDS and DDSAI, driving scalable, production-ready capabilities.

You will mentor, recruit, and collaborate with scientists, SMEs, and platform teams to accelerate adoption and ensure governance, compliance, and durable impact across R&D data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, CS, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in applied data science, ML, or AI solution development.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML into production and scale across teams.
• Experience influencing Senior Directors and VP stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the TDS AI Solutions strategy and portfolio roadmap.
• Lead design, build, validation, and delivery of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Establish reusable patterns, components, and governance for AI capabilities.
• Serve as technical owner for large shared AI capabilities across TDS.
